A Touch of Lux

I have to admit, I am loving my nails this week. I just bought Essie Lux Effects "A Cut Above," and I combined that with Essie "French Affair."

Here is how it came out:

I had to apply 3 coats of "A Cut Above" to get it thicker, but the polish spread really easily. I also applied a top coat to make sure that it smoothed over the glitter, so it didn't feel bumpy.

fab fall polish

I am looking forward to stocking up on some new fall polish. Gotta keep my mani fresh! Essie and OPI are my two favorite brands because they last so long, and I think they are worth the extra bucks.
Tip: I have actually found that it's cheaper to order my polish online off of Amazon or drugstore.com.
